What happens if the weather affects my yacht trip, and what is Go Yacht's weather policy?

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If weather or sea conditions turn unfavorable, our captain may adjust the route, modify the itinerary, or suggest alternative destinations or anchoring spots so you can still enjoy a safe and memorable yacht experience. Should conditions be considered unsafe, the captain may postpone or cancel the trip altogether. In that case, we will help you explore rescheduling options, subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.

Are children and babies allowed onboard?

Yes, children and babies are welcome onboard. All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 9 years old are required to wear life jackets on the outer deck.

Can I customize my yacht experience with Go Yacht?

Yes, we’d be happy to assist with your requests and customize your yacht experience. Please share your requirements with us before confirming your booking.

Is fishing allowed during a regular yacht rental?

No, fishing isn't permitted on a standard yacht rental unless you book our dedicated fishing trip package.

How far in advance should I book?

For regular trips, booking a few days ahead is usually sufficient. During peak season (October to April), weekends, or holidays, it’s better to reserve at least 1–2 weeks in advance or earlier.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

Yes, last-minute bookings may be available, subject to yacht availability.

Are pets allowed onboard?

No, pets are not permitted onboard.

Can we bring our own alcoholic drinks on a rented yacht, and are there any rules for drinking on board?

Yes, you can bring your own drinks, and we'll provide ice, glasses, and chilled storage. Please drink responsibly; guests under the legal drinking age may not consume alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed. The captain may stop service or end the charter if behavior becomes unsafe, and safety decisions are final.

Can I make a special request for my yacht charter?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. To ensure the best arrangements, please inform us of any special requirements at least 24 hours before your scheduled charter.

What happens if I arrive late?

The trip departs at the scheduled time, so late arrivals will shorten your trip duration. Please notify us in advance; without notice, the booking will be considered cancelled or a no-show.

What does my reservation confirmation include?

Once your reservation with Go Yacht is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary number and complete yacht charter details. ‍How can I cancel my yacht reservation, and what is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your selected booking rate. Reservations made under a refundable rate may be cancelled according to the agreed cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. When should I arrive for my yacht charter?

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure to meet the crew and get ready for your trip.

Can I extend my yacht trip?

Yes, you may extend your yacht trip, subject to availability and no upcoming bookings for the following time slot.
