Go Yacht LLC is a company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing and arranging yacht charter services. Charters are operated using vessels licensed with the Dubai Maritime Authority under the applicable Commercial Marine Craft Licence and Marine Transport Activity Licence, and crewed in accordance with DMA safe-manning and safety requirements. Where a yacht used for a Charter is operated by Go Yacht, Go Yacht acts as the yacht charter operator and is responsible for arranging and providing the Charter services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Charterer must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By making a Booking, the Charterer confirms that all information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of every guest named in the Booking. Go Yacht may request identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or other government-issued ID) from the Charterer or guests prior to or at boarding, for marina access, security, or regulatory purposes, consistent with standard practice at Dubai hospitality and marine venues.
Booking requests may be submitted through the Go Yacht website, by email, phone, WhatsApp, or through an authorised broker or agent. A request is not binding until Go Yacht has issued a Booking Confirmation. A Booking is confirmed once Go Yacht has received the required deposit or full payment and has issued a Booking Confirmation. The Booking Confirmation will specify, where applicable, the yacht, date, charter duration, boarding location, number of guests, price and services included. The Charterer is responsible for reviewing the Booking Confirmation promptly and notifying Go Yacht in writing of any discrepancy before the Charter date, and for providing accurate booking information, including the number of guests, contact details and any special requirements
Go Yacht LLC operates its own vessels and may also arrange bookings on yachts owned or operated by independent third parties. For third-party yacht bookings, Go Yacht LLC acts as a booking facilitator only. Yacht availability, condition, crew, equipment, and operation remain the responsibility of the respective owner or operator. Go Yacht LLC shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for any injury, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings arising from the third-party yacht or its services. If a confirmed third-party yacht becomes unavailable, Go Yacht LLC will reasonably assist in arranging an alternative, subject to availability.
The Charter price is as stated in the Booking Confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price is quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and is exclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied at the rate prescribed by UAE law in force at the time of the Charter. The Charter price does not include items not expressly listed as included in the Booking Confirmation, such as additional charter hours, catering upgrades, entertainment, decorations, water sports, transportation, or gratuities, unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed by Go Yacht in writing, the full outstanding balance must be paid before boarding. Go Yacht accepts payment by the methods stated on its website or communicated at thetime of booking, which may include bank transfer, card payment, or approved digital payment channels. Additional services, upgrades, additional charter hours, catering, entertainment, decorations, water sports or other services requested after confirmation may incur additional charges, which must be paid in accordance with the payment terms communicated by Go Yacht.
Go Yacht may require a refundable security deposit prior to boarding, by card authorisation, bank transfer, or other method it specifies, to cover potential loss, damage, excessive cleaning, or additional charges arising during the Charter in accordance with Section 19. Any undisputed deduction from the security deposit will be explained to the Charterer where practicable. The balance of the deposit, if any, will be released or refunded within a reasonable period following the end of the Charter.
Cancellation requests must be communicated to Go Yacht through the official contact details or booking channel used for the reservation. The cancellation period is calculated from the scheduled charter start time.
● More than 48 hours before the charter - the Charterer will receive an 80% refund, while the remaining 20% will be retained as credit toward a future booking, valid for 12 months.
● Less than 48 hours before the charter - 100% of the Booking is non-refundable.
● Changes to a Booking - Any request to amend the Booking should be communicated to Go Yacht as soon as possible. Go Yacht will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
● No-Show - if the Charterer or any guest fails to arrive at the agreed boarding location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the Booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Where a refund is applicable, Go Yacht will process it to the original payment method where reasonably possible. The time for a refund to appear in the Charterer's account depends on the relevant bank, payment provider, or booking platform, and typically follows a maximum of 15 working days.
Go Yacht may cancel, postpone, modify or reschedule a Charter where necessary due to weather, storms, rough sea conditions, natural disasters, fire, mechanical or technical failures, port or marina closures, government restrictions, changes in maritime regulations, strikes, industrial disputes, security events, public health emergencies, communication or technology failures, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented. Where Go Yacht cancels a Charter before departure for these reasons, the Charterer may, subject to availability, reschedule to another available date or may receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected Charter. The safety of guests, crew and the vessel takes priority over the planned itinerary, and route or itinerary changes required for safety or operational reasons do not automatically entitle the Charterer to a refund.
Requests to amend a confirmed Booking, including changes to date, duration, boarding location or guest numbers, must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Go Yacht will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee they can be met. Where an amendment is accommodated close to the Charter date or is substantial in nature, it may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, in which case Section 9 applies.
The Charterer and all guests are required to arrive at the designated boarding location at least 20 minutes before the scheduled charter start time to allow sufficient time to complete all boarding procedures before departure. The charter start time is fixed and will not automatically be extended due to late arrival. No refund or reduction will be provided for any charter time lost as a result of late arrival. Where available and operationally possible, additional charter time may be purchased at the applicable hourly rate. A delay of more than 45 minutes without prior notice may be treated as a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the booking amount or deposit. Go Yacht is not responsible for any reduced charter time, missed destinations or activities, or itinerary changes resulting from late arrival.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity permitted for the booked yacht or the number stated in the Booking Confirmation, in line with the vessel's DMA safety certification. The Charterer must notify Go Yacht in advance of any change to guest numbers. Go Yacht may refuse boarding to additional guests where doing so would exceed the yacht's permitted capacity or create a safety or regulatory issue.
Any itinerary shown during the booking process is indicative and may be changed where required for safety, weather, navigation, marina restrictions, government requirements or other operational reasons. Go Yacht does not guarantee access to a particular destination, attraction, anchorage or activity where circumstances make such access unsafe or unavailable. Where reasonably necessary, Go Yacht may substitute the booked yacht with another suitable vessel, subject to availability and operational requirements, and will notify the Charterer of any material substitution as soon as reasonably possible.
The Captain has ultimate operational authority over the yacht at all times and may make any decision necessary for the safety of guests, crew and the vessel, including changing the route, speed, destination, activities or itinerary due to weather, sea conditions, navigation, safety, technical issues, marina requirements, or instructions from the DMA or other competent authorities. All guests must follow reasonable instructions given by the Captain and crew and must not engage in conduct that may endanger themselves, other guests, crew, the vessel or third parties. Go Yacht mayterminate a Charter without refund where a Charterer or guest engages in dangerous, abusive, illegal or seriously disruptive behaviour.
Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions from the Captain and crew, attend any safety briefing given, and use safety equipment as directed. The Charterer is responsible for informing Go Yacht in advance of any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, or circumstances that may affect a guest's participation in the Charter. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, valid identification, and compliance with any immigration, customs or entry requirements relevant to their participation in the Charter.

Children are welcome on board and must always remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children comply with all applicable safety requirements and instructions, and all safety instructions and directions provided by the crew must always be followed.
The Charterer is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the yacht, equipment, furniture, fixtures or amenities by the Charterer or any guest as a result of negligence, misuse, intentional conduct, or failure to follow reasonable crew instructions, and for damage caused by any member of their party.
● stained or damaged upholstery
● food or beverage spills
● excessive rubbish or waste
● damage resulting from misuse of yacht facilities or equipment
● cleaning beyond the normal level reasonably expected following a charter
Additional cleaning, repair, replacement or other charges will be assessed according to the work or cost reasonably required. Where practicable, Go Yacht will inform the Charterer of any additional charges and the reason for them. Any undisputed damage, loss or excessive-cleaning charges must be settled before leaving the yacht.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings brought onboard. Go Yacht recommends that guests do not bring unnecessary valuables. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Yacht will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Catering, beverages, decorations, entertainment, transportation, water sports, photography, and other additional services are included only where expressly stated in the Booking Confirmation. Services requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges and availability. Go Yacht may arrange or facilitate services through trusted Third-Party Providers, including marinas, caterers, transportation companies, water-sports providers and event suppliers. Such services may be subject to the provider's own terms, conditions, safety requirements and cancellation policies, which the Charterer should review before confirming. Go Yacht makes reasonable efforts to work with reliable partners but cannot guarantee the performance, availability or suitability of independently provided third-party services.
Guests may take photographs and videos for personal use, provided this does not interfere with the operation or safety of the yacht or the privacy of other guests. Commercial photography, professional filming, drone operations or production activities require prior written approval from Go Yacht and may be subject to additional fees and restrictions, and to any applicable UAE filming or drone-operation permits.
Go Yacht will not be liable for any failure, delay or modification of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event"), including severe weather, storms, rough sea conditions, natural disasters, fire, mechanical or technical failure, port or marina closures, government restrictions, changes in maritime regulations, strikes, industrial disputes, security events, public health emergencies, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
Where reasonably possible, Go Yacht will communicate material changes to the Charter promptly and will attempt to offer an alternative date or reasonable alternative arrangement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Yacht will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the yacht, the website, or related services, including loss of enjoyment, loss of income, or the cost of alternative travel arrangements. Where liability may legally be limited, Go Yacht's aggregate liability in connection with a Booking shall be limited to the amount paid by the Charterer for that Booking, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
The Charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Go Yacht, the yacht owner, the Captain and crew, and their respective employees and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, fines or expenses arising from the Charterer's or any guest's breach of these Terms, negligence, or unlawful conduct during the Charter. This indemnity survives the completion, cancellation, or termination of the Charter.
Any concerns arising during the Charter should be raised with the Captain or crew immediately so they can be addressed in real time wherever possible. Complaints not resolved on board should be submitted to Go Yacht in through email, using the contact details in Section 35, within 48 hours following the end of the Charter. Go Yacht will acknowledge written complaints promptly, investigate them within 7 working days, and respond with its findings and, where applicable, a proposed resolution.
Personal information collected in connection with a Booking is handled in accordance with Go Yacht's Privacy Policy, and applicable UAE data protection law.
Go Yacht takes reasonable care to ensure that information on its website is accurate and up to date; however, yacht availability, pricing, specifications, photographs, amenities, itineraries and operating times may change without notice due to weather, sea conditions, marina or port restrictions, government requirements, technical issues, or operational and safety decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Booking Confirmation and these Terms take precedence over any information displayed on the website.
The website may occasionally link to carefully selected third-party websites for the guest's convenience. These external websites are independently operated and are not owned, managed or controlled by Go Yacht, which accepts no responsibility for their content, information, products or services and does not imply endorsement or affiliation by linking to them. Guests access third-party websites at their own discretion and risk and should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those websites.

Certain materials, particularly yacht photographs, videos, plans and specifications, may belong to yacht owners, operators, photographers or other third parties. These are made available by Go Yacht with permission, under licence, or for legitimate charter and promotional purposes. No ownership of, or licence to, such materials is granted to you, other than the limited right to access and view the website for lawful personal or internal business use.

(a) use or reproduce any website materials outside this website, including copying, republishing, redistributing or incorporating them into your own commercial or promotional materials;
(b) reuse any yacht charter media or information - including photographs, videos, descriptions, specifications, brochures or itineraries - for any purpose other than that for which they were made available;
(c) republish or display any yacht information from this website elsewhere, including on competing charter websites, marketplaces, social media accounts, advertising channels or other digital platforms;
(d) represent yourself or any third party as connected with Go Yacht, or use the Go Yacht name, logo, trade marks or visual identity in a manner suggesting an unauthorised affiliation, endorsement or relationship;
(e) alter, edit, translate, adapt, combine or otherwise create derivative materials based substantially on Go Yacht's content;
(f) remove, obscure or interfere with any copyright notices, trade mark notices, credits or other rights-holder attributions; or
(g) systematically collect or extract content from this website, whether manually or by automated means, for the purpose of building, maintaining or supporting another website, database, charter platform, catalogue or competing service.
The appearance of any third-party material on this website does not transfer ownership of that material, nor does it constitute a general licence to use, reproduce or distribute it.
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain reserved to Go Yacht and the applicable third-party rights holders.
Go Yacht takes reasonable measures to protect payment information and process transactions securely. The Charterer must ensure that any payment method used is authorised for their use and must not provide false or misleading payment or identification information. Go Yacht reserves the right to cancel a Booking, without liability, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorised use of a payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Maritime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2023) to the extent relevant to the operation of the Charter.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the complaints process in Section 26. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless the parties separately agree in writing to refer the dispute to arbitration administered by a recognised UAE arbitration body (such as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre), or unless a mandatory consumer-protection or other provision of applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms, together with the applicable Booking Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the Charterer and Go Yacht in respect of the Charter, and supersede all prior discussions, representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Go Yacht may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operational requirements, or applicable laws without any prior notice. Unless a change is required by law to apply immediately, the Terms applicable to a Booking will generally be those in effect and accepted by the Charterer at the time of booking.
By completing a booking, making a payment, or boarding a yacht operated or arranged by Go Yacht LLC, the Charterer confirms acceptance of these Terms and agrees to ensure that all members of their party comply with them. Notices under these Terms should be sent in writing to the contact details below.
